Self Care Day with Movement, Mediation, Lunch and Clay
The ultimate self care day, relaxing and rejuvenating, you will leave with your cup feeling full to the brim.
The day starts with a movement class (gentle pilates and functional movement style). Followed by a meditation to unwind and reconnect to yourself. Followed by lunch and wine if you're not already feeling relaxed enough. Then getting into the clay play allowing your creative energy to flow.
A range of hand-building techniques are available to build whichever pieces you desire. Vases, mugs, spoons, bowls, cups, serving dishes, candle holders, your imagination is the limit. We will discuss what you’d like to make and the techniques which may work best.
The focus of this day is to slow down, reconnect with yourself and those around you, get the creative juices flowing and to have a special piece to hold onto at the end of the day.
